No. The Pass Office currently operates from 7.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays. Night shift operations have ceased since 1 September 2026.
The JP Pass chatbot remains available 24 hours daily. Please note that some services and booking slots may have different operating hours:
