For cement vessels, reservation window can be booked 40 days before vessel Berth Time Required (BTR) in the Cement Vessel Reservation System (CVRS).
Berth application cannot be submitted. Berth application conversion can be carried out by the appointed agent when BTR falls beyond 3rd and within 5 working days.
- For General Cargo vessels, berth application must be submitted at least 2 working days before the berth is required
