PON is for non-cargoes only, non-chargeable goods not related to vessels. Cargoes related to vessel cannot exit using PON unless get written permission from JP Officer for exceptional cases. User to attach the written approval email from JP before creating the PON.
Cargoes or ship store discharged from vessel will require ASN No to create Delivery Note to exit JP.
