Port users are allowed a maximum stay of 18 hours within any 24-hour period, counted from Gate-In to Gate-Out at the vehicle lanes, or turnstiles.
If you require a stay beyond 18 hours, please email security@jp.com.sg to request whitelisting, providing your full name, NRIC/FIN/Passport number, and the duration required.
Port users who overstay without approval will be issued a warning for the first offence. Repeated offences may result in a fine and demerit points.
