All personnel entering Jurong Port must hold a valid JP Pass and present a government-issued photo ID that matches their approved records. Before entering, individuals must scan their pass at the access point and are required to undergo biometric verification.
Vehicles must be pre-registered, and Security Officers will conduct checks on vehicles and bags. All personnel must comply with the instructions of Security Officers at all times, including producing their pass for inspection when requested. Prohibited and contraband items are strictly not allowed within port premises.
Any unauthorised person caught entering the port will be reported to the relevant authorities, and may also be blacklisted from future entry.
