Mr Saiful Saroni joined Jurong Port Board on 1 April 2026 and he is currently appointed as Deputy Chairman of Jurong Port’s Audit & Risks Committee.
Mr Saiful Saroni is the Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, a position which he has held since July 2012.
Mr Saiful Saroni has more than 20 years of experience providing audit and business advisory services, three of which were spent on secondment to the U.S. firm in San Francisco. He is one of the firm’s partner contacts on matters relating to U.S. Accounting and Auditing matters as well as U.S.-bound cross border transactions.
Mr Saiful Saroni’s areas of specialty are in the Aerospace, Energy, Petrochemicals, Technology and Shipping sectors. He is actively involved in the audits of SEC registrants.
Mr Saiful Saroni currently sits on the Board of JTC Corporation and Singapore Examinations & Assessment Board. He was a Board member to the Board of Building and Construction Authority, the Singapore Tourism Board and SkillsFuture Singapore.
Mr Saiful Saroni graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
