Companies either with or without credit accounts can apply for STP. STP is available for up to 7 days access to the port.
One of the following documents must be submitted in person to the Pass & Permit office during application:
- Electronic Delivery Order (EDO)/ Electronic Shipping Note (ESN)/ Delivery Order (DO)/ Delivery Invoice (DI)
- Sponsor Letter with company letter head (with a clear purpose of visit from Credit Account holder)
Additional Original Identification Document Required:
- Identity Card (NRIC)
- For Foreigner: Work Permit/ S-Pass/ Employment Pass and Passport.
- Application for STP can be applied only on the day of the visit. Application form can be pre-filled online.
