To log in, you may use either of the following methods:
JP Authenticator App
Open the JP Homeport app and select ‘Login with JP Authenticator’ to be redirected to the JP Authenticator app’s login page, or simply open the JP Authenticator app and click on the JP Homeport app icon, which will take you directly to the login page.
Web Login using JP-Online account
If the device does not have the JP Authenticator App installed, you may login via your JP-Online account by clicking on the “Login” button. The app will re-direct you to a login screen to input your JP-Online account details.
