SPECIALISED TERMINAL FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT

Jurong Port handles a wide variety of heavy equipment and machinery including tractors, bulldozers and excavators. Our dedicated deep water ro/ro berths and wide aprons make Jurong Port ideal for ro/ro vessels to load and discharge cargoes.

International players such as Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) has a dedicated Product Distribution Centre located within Jurong Port.

Landing Craft Terminal

Our Landing Craft Terminal is equipped with two roll-on / roll-off mechanical ramps for berthing of landing crafts at all tide levels which able to service this regional trade route to nearby hinterlands namely such as Bintan, Batam, Karimun (BBK) and Johore.

The ramps have width of up to 10m wide with safe working load of 65 tonnes.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE DOWNTIME OF JURONG PORT’S IT SYSTEMS

As a result of our upcoming system maintenance to improve our services to you, Jurong Port’s IT systems will be down for scheduled maintenance from Sat, 08 June 2024 at 2100 hrs to Sun, 09 June 2024 at 0700 hrs.

While we carry out this process, JP-Online, StevedoreNet, JPASS, CEPS, and LT Connect will not be accessible during this period. Please be reminded to submit the necessary documents/applications through the respective systems before 2100 hrs, Sat, 08 June 2024.

For urgent assistance, you may approach our staff at Jurong Port’s Main Gate, West Gate, Container Terminal Office, or General Cargo Office. We thank you for your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
