Independent Non-executive Director
Mr Lee Chiang Huat joined Jurong Port Board of Director on 1 Oct 2018 and is an appointed member the Audit Committee. He is also a Director of Jurong Port Tank Terminals Pte Ltd.
Mr Lee was the Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Petroleum Company Limited from 2000 to 2010 and Nor Offshore Limited Group from Apr to Dec 2010.
Since 12 Dec 2014, Mr Lee has been an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Keppel DC REIT Management Pte Ltd, the manager of Keppel DC REIT.
Mr Lee has been an independent director of Keppel REIT Management Limited, the manager of Keppel Reit since April 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Reit’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore (NUS), a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales, as well as a Master of Social Science (Applied Economics) from NUS. He has also completed the Stanford-NUS Executive Program.
Headquartered in Singapore, Jurong Port is a leading international multipurpose port operator handling general, bulk and containerised cargo. Jurong Port began operations in 1965 as a general and bulk cargo port, serving the development needs of Singapore’s Jurong industrial estate.
