(1) The Agent requests by e-mail to JP Ship Planning Department to offload the excess cargo and trim the original weight of the container due to rejection by PSA during entry, before sending the container back to PSA for loading.
(2) CT Operation would shift the container to the unloading bay for the operation to be carried out. Agent has to arrange own re-working workers and equipment. The use of space and Risk Assessment must be submitted for approval before work can be carried out.
(3) The container is unstuffed of the excess cargo then weighed to maintain the required weight before re-connecting to the PSA vessel. A weighbridge charge of $4.00 will be billed.
