Mr Sivarajan was appointed a Director on the Board of Jurong Port on 1 October 2016.
Mr Sivarajan graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy and has additional qualifications in Bachelor of Laws (2nd Hons) [Distance Learning] and management accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Mr Sivarajan started his career with PSA in 1975 in the Finance Division and over a period of 14 years managed various aspects in finance, including treasury and group accounts.
From 1989 to 1996 he was the Head of Internal Audit covering financial, operational and computer system audits.
In 1996 Mr Sivarajan assumed the post of Managing Director of PSA Marine Pte Ltd with overall responsibility for the company’s marine operations in Singapore. He also spearheaded the company’s growth with joint ventures in India, China, Vietnam and various acquisitions including marine offshore companies.
Mr Sivarajan was Managing Director in PSA India Pte Ltd from 2011 till his retirement in October 2015.
Mr Sivarajan had served on various Boards in both locally and overseas.
