Mr Teo Eng Dih joined Jurong Port Board of Director on 1 March 2019 and is an appointed member of the Executive Committee and Management, Development & Compensation Committee.
Mr Teo is currently the Deputy Secretary (Policy) in the Ministry of Defence. Prior to this, he was posted to various government agencies and had served in the areas of Policy and Planning, Manpower, Strategy, Technology, Climate Change, Enterprise Services and International Trading.
Mr Teo was Special Assistant to DPM Teo Chee Hean from 2016 to 2018.
In 1999, he was awarded the Trade Development Board Scholarship and graduated with a Master’s in Engineering (Chemical Engineering) 1st Class Honours from University of London, Imperial College of Science & Technology. He was also awarded the Fulbright and Singapore Administrative Service Postgraduate Scholarship and graduated with a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
