Saw Kok Wei is President, Business Units as of 1 Apr 2019.
Prior to his current appointment, Kok Wei was the CFO from September 2013 to March 2019, and oversaw several functions including Finance, Admin, Enterprise Risk Management, Information Technology and Business Intelligence.
Kok Wei brings with him several years of commercial and financial experience across a number of industries in the UK, Singapore, Indonesia and China. After graduation, he started his career with Arthur Young in London as an auditor. Since then he has worked for Chase Manhattan, Inchcape Berhad, Nike South East Asia, and Merck Sharp & Dohme.
Before joining Jurong Port, Kok Wei was with Electrolux for ten years as: Vice President Finance & Administration, East Asia; General Manager for Indonesia; Chief Financial Officer for China; and Deputy Head of Strategy, Electrolux Asia Pacific.
Kok Wei also sits as an independent non-executive director on the Board of Hong Leong Financial Group of Malaysia.
Kok Wei holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Accounting & Finance from The University of Warwick.
