The
team facilitates prompt service to customers' enquiries
and requests such as
guidance on the use of JP-Online transactions, and the
facilitation of cargo documentation.

Container Terminal Office (CTO) and the General &
Bulk Cargo Office (previously known as CSC), located
in the port's Free Trade Zone, will continue to offer
assistance on shipments and cargoes.
