General and Bulk Cargo Management System (GBMS) provides
customers with cost-effective and secure administrative
solutions for greater efficiency and convenience in the
handling of conventional and bulk cargo operations.
GBMS
is available 24 hours every day for port users to transact
cargo activities through a range of web-based integrated
services from berth applications to cargo declarations
and bookings. In addition, the system is integrated
with the Self Service Terminal (SST) to enable customers
to better plan for cargo delivery at all times.
