A state-of-the-art Container Terminal Management System (CTMS) supports a full-spectrum of container terminal operations. This system is integrated with the Port's web-based online portal - JP-Online, which allows the shipping community to :

• streamline the submission and declaration of cargo and container details
  
• perform enquiries
  
• provide integrated and comprehensive customer information services

JP-Online is also linked to PSA Corporation's Portnet and Immigration & Checkpoints Authority's system for information exchange such as vessel and berth schedules. This facilitates the smooth and seamless transfer of Inter-Terminal Haulage (ITH) data and container movements between the two ports.
